Baka Wireless can help. Our service department can repair or replace your damaged or broken phone. By submitting your request through our online service request form, you are able to place a request, then track the progress of that service request along each step of the repair process.

Baka Communications must receive the defective unit before the warranty expires. All courier fees and expenses is the responsibility of the end user. Allow for shipping time to ensure Baka's Service Department receives the item before the warranty expires.

The Service Process

  • If you are experiencing a problem with your merchandise, you must complete the online service request form. Submitting this form will give you a service reference number which you can use to check the status of your request online.
  • Once we have completed the online request form, print out the confirmation page and attach it to the damaged merchandise before shipping to our service departmen.t
  • Once we received the merchandise we will update your request to reflect any changes to the status of your request.
  • If it is necessary to send your merchandise to the manufacturer for repair, it may take between 6-8 weeks for repair and shipment back to our service department. You can login at any time to check the status of your merchandise.
    Note: You can choose to be informed automatically via email when your merchandise has been received from the manufacturer and is ready to be shipped to you.
  • Once our service department has received your repaired merchandise, we will ship it back to you as soon as possible.
  • If you have received a loaner phone from us, you are required to send it back to us within 3 business days of receipt of your phone.
  • If Baka Service Department receives the device after the warranty date has expired this unit will be serviced as out of warranty.
