Select this option to transfer your existing number (both mobile and landline numbers can be transferred). The number you are transferring must currently be active; DO NOT CANCEL your service with your old service provider.

Please Note:
  • It will be your responsibility to review your existing contract with your old service provider. You will need to fulfill any contractual obligations, including payment of services or early cancellation fees to your old service provider (if applicable). You will be billed for services from your old service provider up and until the successful completion of your number transfer.
  • All voicemail and text messages must be checked prior to port date as they will be lost once the number port occurs.
  • You will receive a non-activated device, prior to beginning any porting process. Once you receive your new Bell hardware, the number porting will be processed on the date you specified on your order.
  • Once the number porting transfer has begun, it is estimated to be completed within 48 hours.

Shipped Active

Shipping your phone active means your current phone will cease working and your new phone will be working while your new phone is in transit. When a user receives their phone it is ready to use and activated; this allows the user to make calls immediately.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Baka will activate the phone prior to it leaving our warehouse.
  2. You agree to have your current phone disconnected and your new phone will immediately start working once it is ready to leave our warehouse.
  3. Baka is not responsible for prorated monthly carrier airtime fee while the phone is in transit.
  4. Your current phone will be only able to make calls to 911. Any other number will not be accessible.

Shipped Inactive

Shipping your phone inactive means your current phone will remain active while your new phone is in transit. When you receive your new phone you must call Baka within 5 days to activate or before the in market price changes which ever comes first.

Terms and Conditions
  1. You must call only Baka at 1-800-268-1711 ext 2800 in order to activate your new phone in order to maintain the purchased phone price.
  2. You must activate your new phone within 5 days after the phone leaves our warehouse or before the in market price changes, which ever comes first.
  3. If activated incorrectly or after the in market price changes you are responsible for the price difference.
