Message Centre (Voice Mail)
Message Center acts like an answering machine on your mobile phone, taking and storing messages when you are on another call, away from the mobile, out of the coverage area, or when the mobile is turned off. It holds 25 messages that are up to five minutes in length for up to 14 days.

The System Access Fee helps recover the costs associated with operating and maintaining a wireless network, including the costs for ongoing maintenance, new equipment installations and technology upgrades. The fee is not required by, nor collected for the federal government or any of its agencies.

Emergency 911 calls placed from your Bell Mobility device are routed by Bell Mobility to the 911 emergency operators for your location or area. E911 refers to enhanced services used to help and triangulate the location of the emergency call source using the cellular tower(s), phone number, area code, etc. The second phase of this service was launched by Bell Mobility in February 2010.
911 emergency services and their availability may vary by region. Areas without 911 services will require direct-dial numbers to reach local police, fire department and/or ambulance services.

For CDMA handsets, converted voicemail messages can be a maximum of 3 text messages (approximately 460 characters total). For HSPA handsets, converted voicemail messages will be 1 text message of up to 460 characters in length. Users can easily respond to the message with a text message. Users have the ability to forward converted messages to another person to read. Clients are not charged for incoming Voicemail to Text messages. Additional terms and conditions may also apply.
