*The device being returned under the buy-back portion of the program needs to be less than 25 months old, and must be in working condition in order to qualify. This plan also covers the service charges typically associated with estimate fee's (repair, replacement, ESN change, programming, loaner, shipping and handling fees). Your phone is repaired or replaced at no additional charge, and also, without the network fees typically associated with activating a replacement or loaner phone. We also provide a complimentary loaner unit while your phone is in for service.
